The Multi-CB group of companies, headquartered in the UK, is one of the leading suppliers of printed circuit boards in Europe. The owner-managed company has stood for high-tech PCB solutions at favourable prices for over 30 years.

Its own logistics and support centre in Brunnthal near Munich currently serves more than 40,000 customers from 57 countries in all areas of the electronics industry. Extensive technical expertise enables customised support throughout the entire project as well as numerous PCB-related services.

Whether standard or high-end technologies, we fulfil customer-specific requirements from the first prototype production through to the manufacture of medium and large series. Multi-CB's range of services includes single and double-sided PCBs as well as multilayers with up to 48 layers. Depending on the application, the PCB is designed as a classic rigid, flexible or rigid-flexible PCB. Metal core (IMS) PCBs as well as high-frequency, high-Tg and thick copper PCBs are also available. Our customers can purchase high-quality, laser-cut SMD stencils, solder paste and SMD-Stencil-Printersfor every application in the PCB shop.

Multi-CB made the above-mentioned high-tech parameters for PCB production available at no extra charge at an early stage. For 1 to 8-layer PCBs, Multi-CB also offers a leading number of parameters in the pooling production process. In this process, orders from different customers are manufactured in the same production batch for optimum capacity utilisation. The alternative would be more expensive special production.

High quality & reliability

Our quality commitment is based on the IPC-A-600 guideline, which describes the standard acceptance criteria for printed circuit boards between manufacturers and purchasers of printed circuit boards. Our production standard complies with the industry standard IPC-A-600 Class 2. In addition, we supply printed circuit boards for the highest demands according to IPC-A-600 Class 3, e.g. for aviation, the medical sector and the military sector.

In order to meet the strict acceptance criteria, our production has the performance specification IPC-6012. In addition, through continuous automation of production and the increased use of specially developed AI software, technical parameters of the printed circuit board are optimally taken into account and the best possible utilisation of the production lines is guaranteed. In addition to top quality, this enables an otherwise unattainably attractive price and short production times. Panelisation for pooling production also benefits from this development.
