Instant price replaces inquiry for three premium parameters in our online calculator .
Due to increased demand, we have included the following inquiry parameters in the automatic online price calculation.
These additional premium parameters can be selected as options and calculated immediately.
Benefit from the instant price and possible express production starting from 1 working day:
- PTH plating thickness: 25µm
- Material CTI: Creepage current resistance up to 600V
- Material: Halogen-free
This further expands our extensive range of parameters that can be calculated online. Discover the advantageous options that allow you to increase reliability, meet safety standards and rely on environmentally friendly materials.
Check out your advantages here:
PTH plating thickness: 25µm
Standard: 20µm
The PTH plating parameter defines the thickness of the copper layer in the through-holes. You can now choose between the standard 20µm and 25µm copper thickness.
This is the cost-effective alternative to manufacturing in accordance with IPC-A-600 Class 3, which also specifies 25µm in the through-holes.
Your advantage:
A thicker copper layer in the through-holes means significantly higher reliability and service life. It reduces the risk of thermally induced cracks during temperature shocks or dynamic loads.
This is a decisive advantage for the quality of your assembly, especially for applications with high currents, in demanding environments (e.g. automotive industry, industrial drive technology) or for designs with many layers.
Material CTI: Creepage current resistance up to 600V
Standard: CTI 175V
The tracking resistance CTI (Characteristic Tracking Index) is a measure of how well the base material of the printed circuit board is resistant to tracking currents on its surface.
Materials with a CTI 600V have the highest creepage current resistance. This corresponds to PLC0 (Performance Level Category 0) or insulation material group I (according to EN 60601-1).
Your advantage:
Calculate all available CTI values online now. Standard 175V, optional 250V, 400V, 600V.
Material: Halogen-free
While all our printed circuit boards are of course RoHS-compliant, we now also offer you the explicit option of halogen-free materials. This means that the base material does not contain the elements bromine and chlorine in the flame retardants.
Your advantage:
With this option, you are taking another step towards the highest standards in environmental compatibility and future-proof design.
Halogen-free printed circuit boards are required for many international industries (e.g. automotive industry, medical technology) and green technologies and minimise the release of critical substances, especially in the event of a fire.
In addition, halogen-free base material has lower losses at high frequencies (more stable dielectric constant) and lower moisture absorption compared to standard FR4.
