Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
If you require a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), please download the non-disclosure agreement from the oneNDA organisation. Using the oneNDA allows both parties to process as quickly as possible.
OneNDA is a global standard for confidentiality requirements, even for demanding industries such as banking or the defence industry, and was drawn up by leading international law firms (including Linklaters).
The oneNDA contains all important, common regulations and has been optimised to be as compact as possible. Obsolete or legally unnecessary formulations of individualised non-disclosure agreements can thus be avoided (see https://www.onenda.org/graveyard).
Our experience has shown that the majority of our customers can accept the oneNDA. Some of our customers have started to use oneNDA themselves free of charge in order to reduce their own costs for non-disclosure agreements.
We kindly ask you to check whether you can sign the oneNDA. If this is not possible, please let us know which aspects of your own NDA are not covered by the oneNDA.
